It’s an embarrassment of riches when it comes to farmers markets in Los Angeles County.

While much of the country must wait for the spring thaw to access farm-fresh produce and artisan cheeses, California’s temperate climate allows the vast majority of our markets to remain open year-round.

In fact, there is a certified market running every single day of the week in the county — there are over 160 markets operating during some or all of the year.
