The Mexican superstar was supposed to play that Sunday night as part of his tour of North America. But after the Spurs beat the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night to advance to the next round of the NBA playoffs, the arena’s website shows that the show is postponed.

Tickets for the original concert date will still be valid for the rescheduled date, according to the Frost Bank Center’s website. Representatives for León did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

León, 36, hails from Sonora, Mexico. He’s known for blending Mexican styles of music with other genres, like country and soul. He has collaborated with soul singer Leon Bridges, as well as multiple country artists.

He has a few songs with more than 1 billion streams on Spotify, including the banda track “Según Quién” and “Primera Cita,” a soul track. He won a Grammy this year for best música Mexicana album.

León was part of the groups Los Reales and Grupo Arranke before launching a career as a solo artist.

Details about the rescheduled concert will be announced at a later date. León is playing in Laredo on May 22 and heads to Kansas City on May 28. His tour runs until October and includes a stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

“Returning to the United States and Canada to reunite with my people fills me with excitement,” León said in a statement announcing the tour. “I’m returning with new songs and all the history we’ve built together. We’re preparing a very special production so we can feel closer than ever. De Sonora para el mundo … see you soon, mi gente.”
