Five people were arrested after a large altercation turned physical Saturday in Jacksonville, according to police.

Officers were called at 7:46 p.m. to a disturbance in the 700 block of East Chambers Street. They arrived to find an altercation involving several people, according to a police report.

Christian D. Harbaugh, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. He was accused of “engaging people in a physical altercation, causing others to be alarmed and disturbed,” according to a police report.

Four others — Kesha N. Towne, 26, of Jacksonville; Chase S. Manns, 23, of Murrayville; Donald RJ Baker, 23, of Jacksonville; and Jasmine A. Romano, 25, of Jacksonville  — were arrested on battery charges. They were accused of “engaging in a physical altercation and battering the victim, causing injuries,” according to a police report.
