PHOENIX – A portion of the westbound Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway was closed Monday morning after a crash in Mesa, authorities said.
L-202 (Red Mountain) WB at McDowell: The highway is closed due to a crash. There is no estimated reopening time.

The freeway was closed from Gilbert Road to Country Club Drive, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The crash site is near McDowell Road, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
There was no estimated time for reopening.
