The San Antonio faces a threat of storms starting Tuesday night, and lasting through the Memorial Day Weekend.
Our TV Partner News 4 San Antonio says, that we are under a Level 1 to 2 out of 5 severe storm outlook. While the daytime hours are expected to be quiet, storms are projected to develop to the north and west before converging on San Antonio on Tuesday evening and into the night.
Damaging wind gusts are the primary threat with Tuesday’s system, though hail cannot be ruled out, particularly in western areas. The storms are also expected to bring locally heavy rainfall.0
The atmosphere may be drained by Wednesday morning due to the overnight storm activity. Wednesday is forecast to be mostly cloudy with a few scattered showers and cooler temperatures, with highs dropping into the low-to-mid 80s.
Unsettled weather returns Thursday, bringing another round of widespread showers and thunderstorms. Heavy rainfall could pose a flooding risk across the region. High temperatures will remain in the low-to-mid 80s.
The weather is not expected to clear up until Memorial Day.
