NewsCenter 5 toured the amenity floor, which was stocked with new fitness equipment, during a visit to the building for a Sail Boston event that used the new building’s auditorium on Wednesday. The building includes office floors on levels 11 through 16 and life science lab space on floors three through 10, according to the materials.The lower floors of the building include the 150-seat auditorium, indoor and outdoor dining areas, conference and lounge space and a landscaped pedestrian bridge connecting parts of the property above street level, according to the plans. The building sits beside the MBTA Silver Line World Trade Center station and near the Massachusetts Turnpike ramps and Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, according to site maps in the project materials.
