Dallas loves chain restaurants like butter loves bread. Indeed, the city has become a smooth, steady spot for nationally expanding restaurants looking to launch in Texas.
But haven’t we hit “peak restaurant?” Apparently not.
Some Dallasites wish out-of-town restaurants would slow their roll in D-FW.
“We should only add a new chain if we get rid of one,” Dallas attorney David Denney wrote on Instagram. “Like teaching a kid about responsible toy acquisition.”
Other North Texans were eager to share restaurants from other cities or states they think would add to Dallas-Fort Worth’s dynamic dining scene.
