RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Update at 3:00 p.m.: Crews say the bear has been removed from the tree.
Original Article: Crews with the Nevada Department of Wildlife are working to get a wild bear out of a tree on 4th Street and Keystone.
The bear became stuck in the tree Thursday afternoon.
NDOW says that for safety reasons, members of the public are asked to avoid the area or get close to take photos and videos.
