Detectives in Brooklyn are investigating a shooting that left a 19-year-old man wounded in broad daylight.
According to police, at around 2:30 p.m. on June 1, officers from the 61st Precinct responded to a call regarding a shooting at 1213 Avenue U in Midwood. Upon their arrival, officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.
The victim was reportedly shot following a dispute. He was taken to Coney Island Hospital by paramedics in stable condition.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
