Could the Dallas Wings’ injury woes have a light at the end of the tunnel?
They’re getting a boost Tuesday night with the return of DiJonai Carrington, who has been out for the last nine games with a rib injury. She last played on June 20, but is available against the Seattle Storm.
Carrington was one of the Wings’ key offseason additions in a trade with the Connecticut Sun, but was demoted to the bench after beginning the season as a starter.

“It was hard for me [given] that the whole point of me coming to Dallas was to expand my role,” Carrington told reporters last week.
In 14 games so far this season, Carrington is averaging 11.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 35.6% from the field.
