SAN ANTONIO – A man has died after an Offer-Up deal gone wrong on Wednesday.
The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. near Mardell Street and West Avenue.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the man and a woman went to meet up with other people to conduct a deal on Offer-Up, an app used to buy and sell goods, when an argument broke out, resulting in gunfire.
The man, presumably in his late 20s, was shot during the altercation. A woman around the same age drove him to an apartment complex near Babcock and Loop 410, where he passed away.
