One Scottsdale project to add condos and possible hotel, loses retail space

The One Scottsdale mixed used development near Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 will look different than originally planned.

The Scottsdale City Council unanimously approved the revised plan during its June 9 meeting that included altered plans for the development.

The approval allows the developer to do away with nearly 1.4 million- square-feet of commercial space and add 350 condominiums along Scottsdale Road.
