HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) – Hattiesburg Police Department arrested Felix Lee Moultrie, 38, for the Los Angeles Police Department.

Moultrie is a suspect tied to a hit-and-run investigation. HPD executed an arrest warrant on LAPD’s behalf, and Moultrie was taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Forrest County Jail, where he awaits extradition to Los Angeles.
The arrest stems from an active investigation led by the Los Angeles Police Department.
