CITYWIDE — THIS YEAR, New York City’s upcoming Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks will mark its 50th anniversary — and the nation’s 250th Anniversary — with a “milestone pyrotechnic display,” expanding to both the lower East River south of the Brooklyn Bridge, the lower Hudson River in collaboration with Jersey City, and the Brooklyn Bridge itself, the company announced.
Additional details on public viewing, talent performances and more will be announced in the coming weeks, Macy’s said.
