On today’s Hello Houston, Ernie, Frank and Celeste discuss today’s top stories at the top of each hour including the U.S. military’s attacks on three of Iran’s nuclear sites, and Gov. Greg Abbott vetoing a state ban on THC products.

In the first hour, we talk with Kris Larson, President and CEO of Downtown Houston+ who updates us on some new economic developments downtown, and marine scientist Dr. James Gibeaut explains the ecological role of sargassum, a floating brown seaweed found in Galveston and along the Texas coast.

Then, in the second hour, we hear from U.S. Representative Randy Weber, representing Friendswood/Galveston, who gives his response to this weekend’s military action on Iran. Also, we discuss one of the most ambitious and influential aging studies in the world, the 90+ Study, with head researcher Dr. Claudia Kawas.
