A man accused of shooting a woman in her 70s at an Orange County bus station was arrested in New York. On June 8, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies found the woman suffering from a gunshot wound at a bus stop on Egan Drive.The victim was hospitalized in critical condition.The shooter was later identified as 27-year-old Kevin Millares, according to deputies. OCSO said Millares fled to New York after the shooting and was arrested on Tuesday with the help of the U.S. Marshals.He was charged with attempted murder and was taken to Rikers Island, where he is awaiting extradition, deputies said.
