While Chappell Roan fans hold their anticipation for the official release of her upcoming “The Subway” single, the Grammy-winning artist has offered them new reason to celebrate. On Thursday morning, Roan announced a lineup of eight headlining concert dates.

The “Visions of Damsels and Other Dangerous Things” pop-up shows will take place throughout September and October. She has scheduled four consecutive nights at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, N.Y., two at Museum and Memorial Park in Kansas City, M.O., and another pair at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, C.A.

“I am sooooo excited to announce my Pop-Up Shows in New York, Kansas City, and Los Angeles this fall,” Roan said in her announcement post on social media. “I love these three cities so much + wanted the chance to do something special before going away to write the next album.”

Roan is actively keeping the pricing her tickets as low as possible, “because we’re only coming to three cities,” she said. She is partnering with CashApp to offer 15% cashback on tickets purchased using the Cash App Visa debit card, and her team is utilizing Fair AXS, a feature offered by the ticket company to limit the amount of bots and scalpers.

The shows are also donating one dollar of every ticket sale to organizations dedicated to supporting and providing resources for trans youth in each city.

Roan has been teasing the official release of her single “The Subway” with posters throughout New York City and what appears to be a music video teaser. She started playing the song at multiple festivals (including her performance at Primavera Sound) last year, but has yet to release a studio version.
