NBC 5 and Telemundo 39 are supporting the Humane Society of North Texas’ Mega Adoption Event as part of our ongoing mission to Clear the Shelters. The Mega Adoption will have over 1,000 animals available for adoption from more than 20 participating shelters under a single roof on Saturday, August 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, August 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Amon G. Carter Exhibits Hall in Fort Worth.

This Mega Adoption Event features dogs, cats, and other small pets with adoption fees of $25 or less, which includes spay/neutering, microchipping, and vaccinations for your future furry friend.

Admission to the Mega Adoption is FREE.

Looking for a particular pet or want to skip the rush? The Humane Society of North Texas offers an Early Bird Fast Pass on Saturday, August 16, at 9:00 a.m., before doors open at 10:00. Early Bird Fast Passes are limited, so get yours HERE while they are still available. Over 5,000 attendees are expected!
