Matthew Schneier has been New York’s chief restaurant critic for nearly three years and if there’s been one question he’s been asked most often in that time, it’s the obvious one: “Where should I eat?” In a city where new restaurants open daily, it’s reasonable, but it’s not the only thing worth knowing.
