GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The NBA announced today the full schedule for NBA Summer League 2026, which will take place at Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
The Charlotte Hornets begin play on Thursday, July 9, at 7:30 p.m. versus a Southeast divisional opponent in the Orlando Magic, broadcast on Prime. The Hornets will face the Pelicans at Thomas & Mack Center on Saturday, July 11 at 4:00 p.m. on ESPN. A quick turnaround has Charlotte matched up with Boston the following evening, Sunday, July 12, at 5:00 p.m. on ESPN2 before the Hornets finish their four-game schedule on Wednesday, July 15, at 7:30 p.m. versus the Bucks, with Prime carrying the broadcast.
Each team will play at least five games, including four games between July 9-16. After each team’s first four games, the top four teams will advance to participate in the playoffs, beginning with a semifinal doubleheader on Saturday, July 18. The two winning teams from the semifinal games will meet in the championship game on Sunday, July 19.
The four playoff teams will be determined by winning percentage in each team’s first four games. The 26 teams that do not advance to the four-team playoff will play a fifth game on either Saturday, July 18 or Sunday, July 19.
