According to Daily Mail, new details have emerged surrounding the death of Ozzy Osbourne, confirming that a Thames Valley Air Ambulance was dispatched to his Buckinghamshire estate in an attempt to save his life.
The chopper landed around 10:30am on Tuesday, July 22nd at Welders House, Osbourne’s Grade II-listed mansion near Chalfont St Giles. The crew remained on-site for approximately two hours before departing around 12:30pm. Locals in nearby Jordans reported hearing and seeing the helicopter and feared the worst.
The emergency call reportedly led responders to believe the Black Sabbath frontman’s life was in immediate danger. Despite the intervention, Osbourne was pronounced dead later that morning.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance confirmed deployment of the aircraft but did not disclose further details. The Osbourne family issued a statement that night confirming Ozzy’s death, saying he was surrounded by loved ones.
Welders House, purchased by Ozzy and Sharon in 1993, recently underwent renovations to accommodate his declining health, including a rehab wing and other amenities.
Still no cause of death has been publicly given.
