VERONA, Wis. — Those in need of medical services will be able to access them free of charge in Verona next month.
Remote Area Medical will offer free dental, vision and medical services at Verona Area High School on Aug. 1-2. The goal is to deliver care to those who are uninsured or underinsured.
Services include general medical exams, breast and pelvic exams, dental cleanings and eye exams. No insurance or ID are required, and the clinic is open to anyone in need.
Parking will open no later than midnight on Friday, July 30. The clinic doors will open at 6 a.m. on Aug. 1. Services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis until the clinic reaches capacity.
The clinic’s hours will be shortened on Sunday, Aug. 2, so patients are encouraged to come early.
