KPRC 2 is tracking another round of thunderstorms moving through the Greater Houston area, fueled by tropical moisture that could lead to heavier downpours in some spots.

The good news is our heat will take a break this weekend, the bad news is that it’s due to tropical downpours lasting through the weekend. “Tropical downpours” just mean there’s a lot of moisture, so street flooding is a concern.
