Yolanda Henderson, a longtime team member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, has been nationally recognized for her outstanding contributions to the business community.

Henderson, who has served the Chamber for more than 12 years, received the Dana Ketterling Lifetime Sales Achievement Award in the Diamond category from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE). The award honors chamber professionals who have achieved over $1.5 million in total membership sales throughout their careers.

Henderson accepted the award on July 23 at the 2025 ACCE Annual Convention in Philadelphia, where she was celebrated by peers for her sales success, tireless work ethic, and the strong relationships she has fostered across Fort Worth’s business landscape.

“We are incredibly proud to see Yolanda Henderson recognized by the ACCE with this prestigious award,” said Steve Montgomery, president and CEO of the Fort Worth Chamber, in a statement. “Her unmatched skill, unwavering tenacity, and deep-rooted commitment to our business community have not only driven extraordinary results but have also strengthened the very fabric of our chamber. For many years, she has been a trusted partner, a mentor to many, and a tireless advocate for local growth.”

Said Henderson: “As time passed, I came to understand that my position at the Fort Worth Chamber was more than merely a job — it was, in a way, a vocation,” she said. “Witnessing the outcomes of my work has been both motivating and fulfilling.”
