The second phase of the massive TPC Town Plaza in Cibolo Canyons is taking big swings with its newest tenants. The multi-million-dollar retail and dining development, right next to the TPC San Antonio golf resort, has curated three exciting new restaurants along with an assortment of high-end services.

Broker Sarah Teel, President of MLS Investments, shares that the new dining options were carefully chosen to bring unique dining choices to the rapidly growing area. The upcoming restaurants, Ginger’s, Pan Dulce, and Chops & Eggs, are all making their Alamo City debut.

Chops & Eggs is the first local outpost of an acclaimed Corpus Christi restaurant specializing in farm-to-table breakfast and brunch. Led by chef Jordan Jaradat, the casual eatery serves gourmet twists on daytime classics like lobster Benedicts, fried banana pecan French toast, and a bistro burger made with a fried egg and duck bacon.

The other newcomers are brand-new concepts. Teel says Pan Dulce, not to be confused with Castle Hill’s Pan Dulce Bakery & Cafe, will offer Mexican baked goods and coffee. She describes Ginger’s as an American sports bar and grill with indoor-outdoor service. No set dates have been determined for any of the openings.

“Nobody wanted a Chili’s or something that’s on every corner,” says Teel of the vetting process. “Consumers are starting to like more fresh fare.”

The second phase building will also include upscale services from nail salon Beautiful Nails and barber shop Trim District. Teel says the center is also hoping to bring in a pilates studio and is starting construction on a new fitness center.

The tenants will add to an already dynamic assortment of restaurants and storefronts in the burgeoning development. Already open are home goods boutique Honey Mercantile, Italian steakhouse Ravello, Round Table Pizza, 7 to 7 Dental & Orthodontics, and Cibolo Market, a neighborhood grocer from the family behind Austin’s Marigold Market.
