For those with an interested appetite, Queen Village Restaurant Week is back this summer with a packed list of restaurants ready to serve.

Set for July 24 through Aug. 9 (excluding Saturdays), the neighborhood-wide dining event is now in its third year and will offer specially curated prix fixe menus, including lunch and light bite options under $25 and dinner menus ranging from $40 to $60.

“Queen Village has become one of Philadelphia’s most vibrant food neighborhoods,” says Cait Allen, president of the Queen Village Neighborhood Association. “Restaurant Week is an opportunity to celebrate the chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality professionals who make our community so special.”

The Twisted Tail

The Twisted Tail is serving up a four-course prix fixe dinner for $50 that highlights its signature Southern-inspired fare. The special Restaurant Week menu here includes favorites like Spanish octopus, braised short rib, buttermilk fried chicken, roasted salmon, and a grilled cauliflower steak, with indulgent desserts (think caramel Budino, plum upside-down cake, and vanilla bean panna cotta) rounding out the experience. Known for its extensive whiskey selection and nightly live music, reservations are available via OpenTable.

Capri

Those with an appetite for some authentic Mediterranean flavors alongside pasta can opt for Capri.  The venue’s special offerings for QVRW include bites like buffalo mozzarella, chicken or veal parm, penne alla vodka, cannolis, and much more. Lucky’s Last Chance

Lucky’s is offering both lunch and dinner for the tasty affair. The first course includes your choice of tots (with options spanning toppings like Old Bay, garlic butter or jalapeño cheese), and then, diners can move on to an assortment of burgers (including their PB & Bacon option with peanut butter, American cheese, bacon and housemade jelly). Walk-ins are welcome at this neighborhood locale, and special Restaurant Week cocktails will also be available.

Fitz on 4th

Family-owned and operated, Fitz on 4th has become a neighborhood favorite for its creative, plant-based cuisine focused on seasonal ingredients. For Queen Village Restaurant Week, diners will be able to sink their teeth into dinner options like chorizo empanadas, mushroom sliders, a crispy tofu salad, charred taos eggplant, crab cakes and much more. Gnocchi

As you can tell from its name, when you dine here for Restaurant Week, you’re going to get a fix of some Italian flavors. Gnocchi’s $60 dinner menu includes smoked chicken corn chowder, a seared watermelon salad, a pork belly and scallop appetizer, your choice of salmon or filet mignon, and limoncello cake for a sweet finish. Mahalo Hawaiian BBQ

At Mahalo, Philadelphians can nab authentic Hawaiian lunch plates featuring fresh ingredients and tropical-inspired flavors. Options for Restaurant Week include your choice of a Musubi (chicken, BBQ chicken, tofu or spam), and your choice of a plate lunch—with options spanning garlic shrimp, short rib, Kalua pork, Mahalo chicken bites and more. All lunch plates also come with white rice and macaroni salad.

Bridget Foy’s

After overcoming a fire and reopening in 2020, Bridget Foy’s has continued to serve classic comfort food with modern upgrades to the Queen Village neighborhood. And for the culinary occasion this year, locals can order bites for lunch or dinner like elote arancini, spicy tuna rice cakes, a Maine lobster roll, grilled pork tenderloin, beer-battered shrimp tacos, strawberry rhubarb pie, mango key lime cheesecake, and more. Milkboy

This restaurant and live music venue is serving up a packed menu for this year’s Restaurant Week. The $40 dinner prix fixe includes options like wings, Brussels sprouts, pretzel nuggets, Korean BBQ tacos, a fried chicken sandwich, apple pie dumplings with vanilla ice cream and more. The locale is also offering up an optional $20 cocktail pairing or 2 draft beers for $10 as part of the occasion.

Famous 4th Street Delicatessen

A Queen Village institution since 1923, the Famous 4th Street Delicatessen has been serving authentic Jewish comfort food for more than a century. During the culinary occasion, the venue’s Restaurant Week dinner offerings will include matzoh ball soup, a lox sample platter, cheese kugels, a Reuben meal, black & white cookies, and more.
