Arlington’s time hosting the beautiful game — and its largest tournament — has officially ended as Spain defeated France 2-0 in the 2026 FIFA World Cup semifinals.
On the final day at Dallas Stadium, which hosted nine games this summer, fans from both teams swarmed the streets of the American Dream City for the last time. A group of Fort Worth Report journalists were there to document the farewell.
