A church in West Philadelphia is asking for the city’s help to stop illegal dumping on and around its property.
Temple of Prayer Church on Chestnut Street reached out after the mountain of trash grew so large, parishioners could no longer enter the parking lot or use the sidewalk.
The church has filed reports with the Philadelphia police and will soon be setting up surveillance cameras in the area.
