LINCOLN — College football’s return is just around the corner.
Over the next couple of weeks, fall training camps will open and practices will be in full swing as teams prepare for their Week 0 and 1 matchups.
Nebraska, entering its third year coached by Matt Rhule, will begin practice on Monday as they prepare to open its season against Cincinnati on Aug. 28 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Rhule and his staff spent a large portion of the offseason retooling the Huskers’ roster to make a potential jump and be in contention late into the season. That meant several transfer portal additions and departures from last year’s roster.
