PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A very nice start to our morning with lows in the upper 70s and lower 80s, with a beautiful sunrise taking place. When it comes to your temperatures this afternoon, expect to see slightly above normal temperatures.
A strong ridge of high pressure will continue to strengthen and warm temps above 110 for Sunday and Monday. Parts of the Valley will be under a moderate heat risk through Monday.
We are going to stay dry this weekend, but by the start of the work week, we will begin to feel the humidity rise. With the moisture in the air, there is a chance of a few passing storms from Monday through Wednesday.
