CLINTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Police in Hunterdon County are warning residents to look out for two black bears that have been spotted in the area of an apartment complex.
The bears were spotted in the area of 101 West Main Street in Clinton Township, officials said.
Authorities are advising people to keep all pets indoors or on a short leash, and to secure trash cans, bird feeders, and outdoor pet food.
Police also say to not approach, corner, or feed the bears.
Local authorities are aware and monitoring their activities.
