The National Hurricane Center is tracking Tropical Storm Bertha, which formed Monday night off Florida’s Gulf Coast. As of the 8 p.m. advisory, Bertha was located about 110 miles south of Panama City, Florida, and about 190 miles southeast of Mobile, Alabama. It was moving west-northwest at 3 mph with 40 mph maximum sustained winds.
