Michelle Williamson joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its Houston office, the firm announced Tuesday.
Williamson joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where she became a partner in 2023. She focuses on representing sponsors, private and public borrowers, financial institutions, and other investors in financing transactions, with a focus on energy and infrastructure, her new firm said.
