Missing teen Debra Moore last seen Sunday near Clear Lake Road in Highlands

The family of Debra Moore, a 14-year-old girl missing since Sunday, is pleading for her safe return after she disappeared in the Highlands area of Harris County.

The teen was last seen at 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, July 20, near the 600 block of Clear Lake Road in Highlands.

Moore is also known by the nickname “Dawn.” Her clothing at the time of disappearance is unknown.

Moore’s family wants her to know she is deeply loved and that everyone just wants her to come home safe.
