Paige Spiranac‘s mom, Annette Spiranac, is celebrating her birthday on Sunday, July 26.
The golf influencer and content creator shared a birthday photo for her mom on social media. Spiranac, who has millions of followers across X, Instagram and TikTok, was inundated with comments about the photo. Spiranac, of course, is used to this kind of attention online.
But in recent months, Spiranac has faced some backlash, for her content and her behavior at The Internet Invitational. It led to Spiranac taking a social media break.
“I am in a bit of a funk, a rut if you will, and its not like a one or two day thing,” Spiranac said. “This has been going on for a little bit. I feel like I’ve just been so in my head about everything and I’m just trying to work through it. I think that’s why I haven’t been posting as much because I am just overthinking everything and I just feel like my anxiety has taken control.
“I’m trying to push myself outside of that and post more and get back to what I was doing before. I feel like I haven’t been active because I’ve just been in my own head, in this kind of funky rut and we’re working through it.”
In one of her returns to social media, Spiranac took to X, wishing her mother a happy birthday, with a beautiful photo.
“t’s my mom’s birthday today! Everyone wish her a happy birthday💕,” she wrote.

Spiranac’s mom defends her content, as a former model
Annette worked as both a bikini and lingerie model during the early stage of her career. She’s completely in line with her daughter on that type of content.
“Yeah, they’re really proud. (My content) has never really been an issue for my parents, my mom was a model, she did lingerie and bikini shoots,” Spiranac has said of her mom’s support.
“My dad was dating my mom while she was working and they see it as work.
“My mom is highly involved in my content, she shoots a lot of my pictures, she shot my calendar.”
Spiranac might face backlash from some when it comes to her content, but clearly, her mom is very much on board.
