School starts soon in Glendale, and the city joins its neighbor Peoria and the Maricopa Association of Governments in emphasizing school crossing safety and safe routes for students.
Students at Copper Canyon High School, Deer Valley Unified School District, Pendergast Elementary School District, and Peoria Unified School District return on Thursday, July 31, Those in the Glendale Elementary School District and Glendale Union High School District begin on Monday, Aug. 4.
