SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — More than a dozen people now have to find somewhere else to go after a fire damaged an apartment complex on the Northwest Side Wednesday afternoon.
The San Antonio Fire Department responded to the 5100 block of Northwest Loop 410 just after 3 p.m., and upon arrival they were met by flames pouring out of a breezeway in between top apartments.
Firefighters knocked the fire down, and extensive damage was reported in all eight units of the complex, some due to fire and others because of smoke and water.
No injuries were reported.
Around 100 firefighters were involved in the effort.
