A Jacksonville woman was injured when her car went off the road and hit a tree in the front yard of a South East Street house, according to police.
Alexis M. Crafton, 26, of Jacksonville was driving south on South East Street when her car went into the northbound lane, left the road and struck a tree in the front yard of 502 S. East St. about 6:46 p.m. Saturday, according to a police report.
Crafton reported abdominal pain and was taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital for evaluation, police said.
She was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and cited on a charge of improper lane use, according to a police report.
