A Walgreens property in Scottsdale has sold for $5.8 million, according to commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, according to a press release.

The 15,120-square-foot retail building at 11250 E. Via Linda was purchased by P&B Holdings IV, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, COMU, LLC, in the transaction, which was brokered by Chris Hollenbeck and Shane Carter.

Built in 2000, the property is fully occupied by Walgreens as its sole tenant and will remain a Walgreens under new property ownership, according to Chris Hollenbeck, Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield.
