• Police were called at 11:06 p.m. Thursday to a disturbance in the 800 block of West Lafayette Avenue. Those involved were separated.
• A 24-year-old Durham, Missouri, man was cited on a charge of improper backing after his car and one being driven by a 51-year-old Jacksonville woman collided at 11:55 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Beesley Avenue.
• A bicycle was stolen from the 600 block of South East Street, according to a report filed at 2:25 p.m. Thursday.
• Police were called at 8:30 a.m. Thursday to West Lafayette Avenue and North Church Street for a report of a man walking around with his pants down and talking to himself. Officers spoke with the man, according to a police report.
