JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WINK)—A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 15-year-old girl last seen in Jacksonville.
Ellie Lowry was last seen in the 3400 block of Dunn Avenue. She was wearing a black dress and flip flops.
Lowry has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
She has a black sling and arm dressing on her right arm. Lowry went missing on Aug. 7.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact local law enforcement immediately.
