A fatal crash involving a school bus is under investigation near Gibson City, located in central Illinois.
Illinois State Police troopers responded to the crash on Route 9 at 1000 East Road.
Investigators said a car failed to yield and enter Rout 9 in front of a school bus, causing the bus to hit the car just before 8:30 a.m.
Police said a person inside the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three other people inside the car were injured.
ISP said 20 Hoopeston School District students were on the bus at the time of the crash. No students were injrued in the crash, police said.
The crash is under investigation.
