Motorcyclist killed in crash on South Side, vehicle and bike catch fire

SAN ANTONIO – A motorcyclist has died after a crash on the South Side on Sunday evening.

The incident occurred around 8:10 p.m. near SW Military Drive and Logwood Avenue.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a motorcyclist has died after it struck a vehicle while the vehicle was attempting to turn on a green light. Both the car and the motorcycle caught on fire.

The 20-year-old motorcyclist died at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
