August Burns Red have unveiled the first wave of support acts for this year’s Christmas Burns Red shows, set for December 12th and 13th at Freedom Hall in their hometown of Lancaster, PA. The long running metalcore unit will be celebrating 20 years of Thrill Seeker and 10 years of Found In Far Away Places, with lineups varying by date.
Currents and The Callous Daoboys are confirmed for December 12th, while Animals As Leaders will join the December 13th lineup with more artists are expected to be announced.
Animals As Leaders’ inclusion comes shortly after the band canceled their 2025 touring plans due to drummer Matt Garstka suffering an arm injury. He underwent surgery last month and is expected to spend the next few months recovering.
