The Dallas Stars’ Miro Heiskanen marked a big milestone Friday.
The star defenseman and wife Julia Taka-Aho celebrated their wedding Friday, according to a series of Instagram story posts by Julie Hemsky (@jugarnspice), the wife of former Stars forward Ales Hemsky.
Hemsky’s posts also revealed a substantial Stars contingent at the event, including captain Jamie Benn, defenseman Radek Faksa and fellow Finn Mikko Rantanen. Former Stars defenseman John Klingberg was also in attendance.
Taka-Aho and Heiskanen, 26, have a child together. The defenseman missed a game in Feb. 2024 due to the birth of their first child.
