PHOENIX — Southbound Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway reopened after being closed for multiple hours on Saturday due to an early morning crash.
The crash happened in Laveen near Estrella Drive at around 6:00 a.m., according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
ADOT asked drivers to allow for extra time for the queue to clear following the reopening.
Northbound lanes were unaffected by the crash and there was no information provided regarding injuries.
