Houston daycare owner charged with child endangerment after leaving 5 children in hot car

  • August 4, 2025

A Houston daycare service owner was taken into custody after allegedly leaving five children in a hot car.

Domonique Wilson, 32, was charged with five counts of endangering a child, which is a felony in Texas.

According to court records, Wilson left the children in a hot car, placing them in imminent danger of bodily injury or death.

Documents indicated that one of the children was eight years old, but the ages of the other four children have not been verified at this time.

Records also said that Wilson didn’t voluntarily deliver the children to an emergency care provider after the incident.

According to additional court documents, Wilson has owned a child daycare service called My Lil Angels for more than three years. She seemingly ran the service out of her apartment.

She will be in court Monday morning if she does not post bond.
