The Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office Monday identified a 36-year-old man who was killed in a three-vehicle crash that injured four other people in the Elysian Valley community of Los Angeles.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at about 12:30 p.m. Saturday to 2427 W. Riverside Drive, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Anthony Silverwood was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Paramedics rushed a 62-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man to a hospital with critical injuries.

A 34-year-old man and a 35-year-old man suffered minor injuries and refused hospital transportation.
