Fort Worth-based Eosera®, a leading provider of over-the-counter ear care products, has appointed Shilpi Jain as its new senior director of innovation. Jain brings more than two decades of research and development experience spanning the pharmaceutical, personal care, and pet health industries.

Before joining Eosera®, Jain launched a science-backed Ayurvedic skincare line that blended ancient herbs with modern delivery systems. She also played key roles in developing pet supplements, sunscreens, and other skincare innovations.
