Assemblyman Ed Ra discusses N.Y., Texas redistricting battle

To fans of 1980s children’s films or “Stranger Things,” the redistricting saga may be the true Neverending Story.

In recent days, New York state lawmakers have proposed constitutional amendments and Texas state lawmakers have fled to New York in an effort to block their state’s mid-decade district line changes.
